[dropcap]O[/dropcap]n Wednesday, Oct. 9 and Friday, Oct. 11, First Flight High School will host clinics by world-class musicians. Saxophonist Ashu will be the first presenter. The second will be presented by Delfaeyo Marsalis and will be held in conjunction with the Duck Jazz Festival. Students from both the Introductory and Advanced Jazz bands will attend these workshops. Band director Bob Ebert would like to thank those involved with the Outer Banks Patrons of the Arts and the Duck Jazz Festival for presenting students with these opportunities.
